1. Acceptance. By accessing or using GLOBAL TRADE you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to register. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Listings and seller conduct. Sellers must list only items they have the right to sell and must accurately describe their condition, shipping and return policies. Prohibited categories are listed in our seller guidelines.
4. Buying and payment. All payments are processed by our payment partners. Order totals, shipping fees, taxes and any applicable platform fees are disclosed before checkout.
5. Auctions. Bids placed on auction lots are binding. Auction timing, bid validation and winner selection are determined by server-side rules; auction settlement creates a normal order subject to these terms.
6. Disputes and refunds. Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve issues through the marketplace messaging center. Eligible disputes can be escalated to our trust-and-safety team for review.
7. Intellectual property. The GLOBAL TRADE name, logo and platform are the property of BF Global Import-Export LLC. Listing content remains the property of the seller; you may not reuse it outside the platform without permission.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, GLOBAL TRADE disclaims warranties and limits its liability for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our policies or applicable law.
10. Changes and governing law. We may update these terms; significant changes will be notified in-app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction.
